How long will it usually take for me to get my awesome TLCGIFT$ goodies delivered?

Once you place an order, it usually takes up to 14 days for delivery, depending on your destination within Australia. Please keep in mind that some of our products, especially custom items like tumblers, bookmarks, keyrings, signs, and tote bags, might require a bit more time to create to our high-quality standards. We appreciate your patience as we craft your unique items.

How do you work out the postage costs for customers? Is it a flat rate, or does it change based on where I live or how much I buy?

Good news! At TLCGIFT$, we offer a simple flat rate for postage on all orders. This means no surprises at checkout, regardless of where you are in Australia or how many fantastic items you've added to your cart.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.

What if my delivery is delayed?

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, sometimes unforeseen delays can occur. If your order is taking longer than expected, please check your tracking information first. If you still have concerns, feel free to contact us at tlcgifts3@gmail.com.

What's the go if I want to return something, or if I need to swap it for a different item?

We unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges for 'change of mind', especially for our custom-made items. We put a lot of love into creating unique pieces just for you!

What happens if something arrives damaged or not quite right?

If your product arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact us immediately at tlcgifts3@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item. We will require the item to be shipped back to us for inspection, and the cost of this return shipping will be at the buyer's expense. Once inspected and if a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll arrange a suitable resolution.

We ship Australia wide, New Zealand, UK and Canada.
